Shipping Info
- FREE shipping on all orders, worldwide — no minimum spend required.
- Orders ship from our warehouse within 24–48 hours.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on weekdays ship same day; later orders ship the next business day. Weekend orders ship Monday.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and start from the dispatch date.

- EU: 5–7 working days
- Rest of World: 7–10 working days

Out of Stock
If an item's unavailable, we'll offer a like-value replacement or refund that item and ship the rest of your order.
Pre-Orders
Orders with a pre-order item ship once everything in the order is in stock.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes set by your country. We're not responsible for these charges — check with your local customs office beforehand. If you decline to pay and the parcel is returned, we'll refund your order minus any related costs.
Late, Lost, or Missing Orders
Double-check your delivery address at checkout — we're not responsible for parcels sent to the wrong address. Report missing items within 30 working days of dispatch to [insert support email]; we can't refund or replace lost items before then. If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, we can request proof of delivery — but we don't refund/replace items confirmed as delivered.
